Overview
The Rural Rental Rehab Program (TRRRP) will provide funding for the rehabilitation of rural, multifamily, affordable rental housing that will benefit low-to-moderate income populations. The program intends to ensure the long-term viability of rental units at preservation-worthy rural, multifamily properties.
$14.2 million in funding is available for qualified projects through Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds.
