Solution 2 MHU Complaints

Disputes for Solution 2 homeowners are between the homeowner and the manufactured home dealer. The program is not able to engage in project disputes after funding has been disbursed to the dealer on behalf of the homeowner. Restore Louisiana case managers will work closely with Solution 2 applicants to ensure they are made aware of all possible avenues and resources to file a claim regarding their replacement home by an MHU dealer.
